If I need help after the course, do I contact you or the vendor?

You are more than welcome to contact us with any issue you may have.  If we can help you, we certainly will. 

If we cannot solve the problem on our own then we get in touch with the training company on your behalf to have them assist with whatever the issue may be.  If it is up to them to fix we will also follow up and make sure they have done what is necessary.
