Do I make the payment to Last Minute Training or the vendor?

When booking online you will either be directed to a payment option page or a completion page.

The completion page does not give you payment options and this usually means the vendor will contact you to collect payment.  If you are prompted with a payment choice then your payment is taken by Last Minute Training.
