It is always best to notify us as soon as you know you cannot attend. If there is anyone you can send in your place we would be happy to replace the name on the attendance sheet ahead of time.
If you do not show on the day of the course with no notice at all, you forfeit the cost of the course altogether. There are some companies that will allow a free resit for a certain amount of time after the course, conditionally, but it is always best to verify this fact with us first to see if you qualify.
