Can I send a compare list to a co-worker or manager?

Absolutely!

We have three options under the compare list tab.  The second allows you to email the list, any list, to anybody.

Once you click this option a window will appear asking for your information on the left and the person whom you wish to email on the right.  You can populate those fields with your own information as well as friends and co-workers.
